I do not have any medical conditions, take no regular medications, and have no known food or medication allergies. I am not currently experiencing any dental pain, loose teeth, or other dental problems.
My main concern is preserving as much of my natural tooth enamel as possible. I understand that some of my damaged teeth may require crowns, while I would prefer E-max veneers for the remaining visible teeth.
I have also undergone orthodontic treatment with clear aligners. Can I proceed with veneers and crowns, and which treatment plan would be suitable for me?

Before finalising your smile design, we first need to confirm whether your clear aligner treatment has been fully completed.
Teeth may continue to move for some time after orthodontic treatment. For this reason, we generally do not recommend beginning a full smile design immediately after aligner treatment. In many cases, it may be preferable to allow the teeth to stabilise for approximately six months, depending on your orthodontist’s assessment and the stability of your bite.
As preserving your natural enamel is your main priority, laminate veneers may be considered for teeth that have sufficient healthy tooth structure. Teeth that are significantly damaged, heavily restored, or require greater structural support may be better treated with zirconia crowns.
Based on the current assessment, the proposed treatment plan includes:
20 laminate veneers for teeth 15–25 and 31–35, 41–45
Three dental implants in the regions of teeth 16, 36, and 46
Five zirconia crowns for teeth 16, 36, 37, 46, and 47
Fixed retainers for both the upper and lower arches to help maintain the tooth positions achieved through orthodontic treatment
A custom night guard to protect the veneers, crowns, and implants from clenching or grinding during sleep
The veneers may be produced using E-max ceramic where clinically appropriate. However, the final choice between veneers and crowns will depend on the amount of remaining enamel, the condition of each tooth, your bite, and the position of your teeth after orthodontic treatment.
Your final treatment plan should be confirmed after reviewing your orthodontic records, completing a detailed clinical examination, evaluating your bite, and assessing three-dimensional dental imaging.
