I am 58 years old and have no known medical conditions, take no regular medications or supplements, and have no known food or medication allergies.
I smoke approximately 5 cigarettes per day and would like a complete smile makeover. I am considering travelling to Turkey between December and February for treatment.
What treatment plan may be suitable for me?

Based on the initial assessment, a combination of dental implants and zirconia restorations may be considered to restore both the appearance and function of your smile.
The proposed treatment plan includes:
7 dental implants in the regions of teeth 14, 15, 17, 34, 36, 37, and 46
28 zirconia restorations for teeth 17–27 and 31–37, 41–47
There are also signs of bruxism, meaning that you may clench or grind your teeth. This can place additional pressure on implants and zirconia restorations and may increase the risk of wear or damage over time.
For this reason, the treatment plan may also include:
Masseter Botox to help reduce excessive clenching forces, if clinically appropriate
Upper and lower custom night guards to help protect the final restorations
As you currently smoke around five cigarettes per day, reducing or ideally stopping smoking before and after implant surgery would be beneficial, as smoking can negatively affect healing and implant success.
This should be considered a provisional treatment plan. The number and position of implants, as well as the final restorative plan, may change after reviewing your X-rays or three-dimensional CBCT scan and completing a clinical examination.
