Hi, I’m William, 50. I don’t have any medical issues, I don’t take any medication, and I don’t have allergies. My teeth are in very bad condition, but I don’t have any gum infection. I’d like to get implants so I can smile and eat properly again. I’m available after May 11th. What do you suggest?

Hi William, thanks for the details that really helps.
From what you’re describing, the best option would be to remove the teeth that can’t be saved and rebuild everything with implants so you can get both your smile and chewing function back.
In your case, we’d be placing implants in specific areas in both the upper and lower jaw, and then building a full set of zirconium teeth (around 24 crowns) on top. This gives a very natural look and strong function.
For the upper jaw, there’s a chance we might need a sinus lift and some bone grafting this is quite common and just helps make sure the implants are stable long-term.
After everything is done, we’d also recommend a night guard to protect your new teeth, especially while sleeping.
Of course, once you come in, we’ll take a 3D scan and confirm everything in detail, but overall this is the direction we’d go in for your case.
Looking forward to helping you restore your smile.
