I’m 26 years old. I was diagnosed with a heart murmur at birth and I also have eczema, but otherwise no major conditions. I take Vitamin B12, Biotin, and occasionally use cannabis. I don’t have any allergies.
My main concerns are retained baby teeth in my lower front teeth and a missing premolar on the left side due to an incomplete root canal. I know I may need more extensive treatment in the future, but for now I’d like to address the most urgent issues and get more comfortable with the process.
I also have a half-finished root canal that needs to be completed. I’m interested in dental implants or caps for my lower front 4 teeth, and an implant for the missing tooth.
I should also mention that I’m quite anxious about dental procedures, so having full anesthesia would be very important for me.

Based on your case, we can plan 1 dental implant in the area of tooth 36 to replace the missing tooth.
If you are also interested in improving the overall aesthetics of your smile, we can consider a full smile design with 24 zirconium crowns (between teeth 16–26 and 36–46).
Your incomplete root canal treatment will be completed as part of the process.
Additionally, we would recommend professional teeth cleaning and a night guard to support long-term oral health and protection.
Regarding your dental anxiety, we can also discuss suitable options to make the procedure more comfortable for you.
