I am 48 years old, healthy, and I do not take any regular medications. I currently have BEGO dental implants and would like to replace my existing crowns to improve the appearance of my smile.
What treatment options would be suitable for a full smile makeover?

Based on the initial assessment, there are two possible treatment options for improving your smile.
Option 1 – 24 Zirconia Restorations
If your existing teeth and implants are healthy and suitable for restoration, a full smile design may be created with 24 zirconia restorations.
These may be planned for teeth:
16–26 and 31–36, 41–46
This option can improve the colour, shape, symmetry, and overall appearance of your smile while maintaining individual tooth-style restorations.
Option 2 – Titanium Bar-Supported Hybrid Prostheses
Alternatively, a full-arch rehabilitation may be considered using:
1 titanium bar-supported hybrid prosthesis for the upper jaw
1 titanium bar-supported hybrid prosthesis for the lower jaw
This option provides a fixed full-arch restoration supported by implants and may be considered when a more comprehensive rehabilitation is required.
As you already have BEGO implants, the position, condition, stability, and compatibility of the existing implants and components will need to be evaluated before the final prosthetic plan is confirmed.
The most appropriate option will depend on the condition of your existing crowns, natural teeth, implants, bite, bone support, and your aesthetic expectations. A detailed clinical examination and three-dimensional imaging will be required before finalising the treatment plan.
