Martin A.Aug 4, 2026

I am 48 years old and have no known medical conditions. I have several missing and damaged teeth and would like to restore my smile and chewing function with implants and fixed teeth.

Based on the initial dental assessment, a combination of root canal treatment, dental implants, sinus lift procedures, and zirconia restorations may be recommended.

Tooth 12 requires root canal treatment before the final restoration is placed.

Nine dental implants are planned for the regions of teeth 14, 16, 23, 24, 26, 35, 36, 44, and 46.

Because the available bone height in the upper posterior jaw appears insufficient for implant placement, bilateral open sinus lift procedures may be required. Approximately 2 cc of bone graft material may be used to increase the bone volume and provide adequate support for the implants.

The proposed treatment plan includes:

  • Root canal treatment for tooth 12

  • Nine dental implants in the regions of teeth 14, 16, 23, 24, 26, 35, 36, 44, and 46

  • Bilateral open sinus lift procedures

  • Approximately 2 cc of bone graft material

  • 24 zirconia restorations for teeth 11–26 and 31–36, 41–46

  • Professional dental cleaning

  • A custom night guard to protect the implants and zirconia restorations from clenching or grinding

The treatment will be completed in stages. A healing period will be required after the sinus lift, bone grafting, and implant placement before the permanent zirconia restorations can be fitted.

The final treatment plan, implant positions, graft quantity, and treatment timeline will be confirmed after a detailed clinical examination and three-dimensional CBCT scan.
